This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and customer responsibilities.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan, including but not limited to:
Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and others.

Our shipping options include:

  • Same-Day Delivery – Available in Rawalpindi & Islamabad (for confirmed orders before 4:00 PM).
  • Nationwide Delivery (1–3 Working Days) – Available for all other major cities via trusted courier partners.

Remote or smaller towns may take up to 4–5 working days, depending on courier network reach.

2. Shipping Methods

We use reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery, including:

  • TCS
  • Leopard Courier
  • M&P
  • Call Courier

In some cases, deliveries within Rawalpindi / Islamabad may be completed directly by our in-house dispatch team for faster service.

3. Processing Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are typically processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders received after this time are dispatched on the next working day.
No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Rawalpindi / Islamabad: Free or discounted delivery for eligible orders.
  • Other Cities: Standard courier charges apply and are displayed at checkout.
  • Bulk Orders: Custom delivery rates can be arranged depending on order size and destination.

All delivery costs are clearly mentioned before payment confirmation — there are no hidden fees.

5. Packaging & Handling

Each laptop is:

  • Packed securely in protective packaging (foam or air cushioning).
  • Sealed in a tamper-evident box.
  • Labeled with order details, invoice, and handling instructions.

We take special care to ensure products are protected during transit.

6. Open-Box Inspection Policy

In most major cities, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders come with an open-box inspection option.
This allows you to:

  • Inspect your laptop for physical condition and model accuracy before payment.
  • Verify that all accessories (charger, battery, etc.) are included.

Please note:

  • Powering on the device or testing software before payment is not permitted under courier policy.
  • Once payment is made, the transaction is considered complete under our Return Policy.

8. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number and courier name.
  • You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or via WhatsApp updates.

9. Failed Deliveries

In case a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Unavailability of the customer
  • Incorrect address or contact information
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The order may be returned to our warehouse. Reshipping may incur additional delivery charges.

10. Damage During Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, unsealed, or tampered with:

  1. Notify the courier immediately and refuse acceptance.
  2. Contact us the same day with photos of the parcel and invoice label.
  3. Our team will assess and arrange a replacement if eligible.

We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video for documentation.

11. International Shipping

At present, ProLaptops.Pk ships only within Pakistan.
International deliveries may be added in the future as part of our expansion plan.
