This Refund & Return Policy explains the process and conditions under which you can request a replacement, exchange, or refund.

By placing an order on our website (ProLaptops.Pk), you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We offer a 7-day replacement policy on all laptops and accessories sold through our store and website.
This period begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by our courier or in-store pickup record.

You may request a return or replacement if:

  1. The product you received is defective or malfunctioning.
  2. The product is significantly different from the description on our website.
  3. You received the wrong item or model.
  4. The laptop is not powering on or performing as promised, verified by our technicians.

2. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature or hygiene considerations.
These include:

  • Software, operating systems, or activation licenses
  • Accessories such as chargers, batteries, and laptop bags
  • Items damaged by user mishandling, drops, or liquid exposure
  • Products that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized technicians
  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  • The item should be in the same physical condition as received.
  • A valid purchase invoice or order ID must be presented.
  • You must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect and verify the issue.
After confirmation, we’ll proceed with replacement or refund according to the policy.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only when:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable.
  • The order was cancelled before dispatch.
  • The product was undeliverable due to courier or stock issues.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after approval, using the same payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product error on our side.
  • In COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

5. Exchange Requests

You may request an exchange for another model of similar value within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Price differences (if any) will need to be settled before exchange approval.
Exchanges are only allowed if the original item is in resalable condition.

6. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery

If you notice any visible damage to the parcel or missing accessories at delivery time:

  1. Immediately notify the courier and mark the issue on the delivery receipt.
  2. Contact our support team the same day with photos or videos of the parcel and product.
  3. Avoid using or activating the device until our team assesses the claim.

This helps us process replacements quickly and coordinate with courier partners.

8. Condition Verification

All returned items are subject to inspection by ProLaptops.Pk’s technical department.
If the returned product passes the verification process, a replacement or refund will be processed.

If no fault is found, the same product will be sent back to the customer, and delivery charges may apply.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  1. Check your bank or mobile wallet account.
  2. Contact your payment service provider.
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your refund reference number.
