Are all your laptops brand new?

 No. ProLaptops.Pk specializes in high-quality imported laptops — both brand-new and used/refurbished.
Each used laptop is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure top performance and excellent condition.

What’s the difference between a “used” and a “refurbished” laptop?

 Used laptops are pre-owned but verified to be fully functional.
Refurbished laptops are professionally restored to like-new condition, often with part replacements and cosmetic refinishing.

Will my used laptop have scratches or a weak battery?

We only sell Grade-A laptops — minimal wear, no major dents, and good battery health (typically 2.5–4 hours of backup).

Performance & Upgrades

Are your laptops suitable for gaming or design work?

 Yes. Many of our models include Intel i7/i9 or AMD Ryzen processors with NVIDIA/AMD graphics, ideal for design, gaming, or editing work.

Can I upgrade the RAM or storage?

 Absolutely. Most business laptops (Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook) support upgrades.
We can upgrade RAM (up to 32GB/64GB) and SSDs before dispatch.

Do you offer upgrades before delivery?

 Yes. We can perform RAM or SSD upgrades and fresh Windows installation before shipping, so your laptop is ready to use.

Warranty & Support

What is your warranty policy?

 Each laptop includes a 7-day replacement warranty for hardware defects.
You can also extend your coverage for 1 month or 6 months during checkout.

How do I claim a warranty?

Keep your invoice and original packaging for verification.

What does the warranty not cover?

How long does delivery take?
  • Rawalpindi / Islamabad: Same-day delivery
  • All other cities: 1–3 working days nationwide

 Yes. We offer open-box inspection with Cash on Delivery in most major cities.

Do you deliver outside Rawalpindi and Islamabad?

 We offer a 7-day replacement for defective or misrepresented items.

When is a product not eligible for return?

Items damaged due to misuse, water, physical impact, or software tampering are not covered under the replacement policy.

How long does it take to process a return or replacement?

Once verified, replacements are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days.
