Each device is thoroughly tested before being shipped or delivered to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.

This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, duration, and process for claiming warranty service or replacement.

By purchasing from ProLaptops.Pk, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

All laptops sold by ProLaptops.Pk come with a 7-day replacement warranty, starting from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware malfunctions or technical defects not caused by user mishandling
  • Performance-related issues confirmed by our technical team
  • Faulty internal components (motherboard, RAM, storage, or screen) verified during inspection

If a verified issue is found within the warranty period, we will replace the product with the same model or an equivalent unit of similar specifications and condition.

2. Extended Warranty Options

To provide additional peace of mind, we offer optional extended warranties at checkout:

Extended warranties apply from the date of purchase and follow the same terms as the standard warranty.

3. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • Physical or liquid damage
  • Mishandling, drops, or improper use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Power surges or short circuits
  • Software corruption, viruses, or operating system errors
  • Normal wear and tear (keyboard marks, battery wear, cosmetic scuffs)
  • Accessories such as chargers, batteries, bags, or cables

Additionally:

  • Battery backup duration is not guaranteed beyond its tested average (2.5–4 hours).
  • Cosmetic imperfections on used or refurbished products are not considered defects.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp (03-111-263-111) or email (support@prolaptops.pk).
  2. Provide the order number or invoice copy, along with photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Our technician will assess the issue remotely or request inspection at our store.
  4. Once verified, the laptop will be replaced or repaired according to availability.

If the same model is unavailable, we will offer:

  • A replacement of similar specifications and grade, or
  • A partial refund based on the product’s current value.

5. Processing Time

Warranty inspections typically take 3–5 working days from the date we receive the product.
In most cases, replacements are completed within 7–10 working days, depending on stock availability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility:

  • Do not open or modify any laptop components.
  • Keep original packaging and invoice for verification.
  • Use only compatible power adapters and accessories.
  • Report any issue immediately upon noticing a malfunction.

ProLaptops.Pk reserves the right to deny warranty claims if evidence of misuse or tampering is found

7. Shipping & Return of Warranty Items

For customers outside Rawalpindi / Islamabad:

  • The customer is responsible for sending the laptop securely to our service center for warranty assessment.
  • ProLaptops.Pk will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty claims.

In-store customers can bring their device directly for inspection during business hours.

8. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to repair, replacement, or refund of the product under warranty.
ProLaptops.Pk is not responsible for:

  • Data loss during repair or replacement
  • Software reinstallation or configuration
  • Business interruption or loss of productivity resulting from hardware issues

Customers are advised to back up all data before returning their laptop for service.

9. Warranty Verification for Imported Laptops

Since ProLaptops.Pk imports laptops directly from global markets, manufacturer warranty (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple) may not apply locally.
All warranty support is provided exclusively by ProLaptops.Pk, not the original manufacturer or overseas vendor.
